Neil has been practicing civil litigation in Charleston for
15+ years and now enjoys an active mediation practice
from his King Street office. Neil appreciates working with
fellow litigators to achieve meaningful solutions for their
clients. His experience spans from commercial litigation;
products liability / toxic tort; personal injury;
professional liability (primarily medical and pharmacy
malpractice); real estate disputes & HOA; and intellectual
property.
Neil has had the privilege of representing both individual
plaintiffs and corporate defendants; he has worked at a
large regional firm and now at a boutique practice - all of
which provide a useful, neutral perspective as a mediator.
Neil graduated from the University of Virginia and the
University of South Carolina School of Law, where he
served as an editor on the South Carolina Law Review.
